Victoria Harbour at Magic Hour, 2011
The city has not yet declared night. The sky is still holding a thin band of blue. Across the water, Hong Kong Island is already lit — glass, granite, and the dark mass of the Peak sitting behind it like a second shoreline.
This photograph was made in 2011, at the brief interval when the harbour is neither day nor display. Ferries cut low lines through the water. Office towers throw their own reflections down into the channel. The hills absorb what the buildings cannot.
Victoria Harbour is often photographed as spectacle. Here it is closer to a ledger: density against mountain, light against depth, a working port caught between business hours and the first hour of dark. The frame is wide enough to show the city as a single body, not a collection of landmarks.
A fine art photography print for a wall that can take quiet scale.
Each artwork is made to order at a premier UK-certified professional print laboratory. Utilizing Giclée archival processes, we ensure gallery-standard precision and color longevity.Museum-Grade Quality: Printed on archival fine art paper with pigment-based inks to ensure breathtaking depth, tonal richness, and longevity.
Available Sizes: Ranging from A2 to 70 x 100cm ( 28 × 40in ), designed to fit standard framing formats effortlessly.
Unframed: Shipped securely rolled in a protective tube, ready for custom framing to suit your interior space.
The Gallery Border:
To facilitate professional mounting and highlight the work's depth, all prints feature an elegant white border:
A3 & A2 Sized Prints: Includes a 4.5cm border.
A1 & 70 x 100cm ( 28 × 40in ), Sized Print: Includes a 5cm border.
(Note: These borders are in addition to the image size, providing ample space for framing without touching the printed surface.)
Choose 'Fine Art Print' for an unframed print — sized to fit standard international A-series frames, so you can easily find a matching frame at IKEA or any home decor store. Or select a framed option above for a ready-to-hang piece.
