All prints are robustly packaged; our prints are carefully rolled and shipped in kraft tube boxes. Although there are minor differences between individual lab packaging standards, the following approach is consistent.

Each product is individually printed and assembled when you order it. Please allow us 2-3 business days to prepare your prints.

Shipping and Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@thedifferencecorner.com we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong thing so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Your order will automatically be routed to the facility closest to you that has the item in stock. Please note that depending on stock levels, UK orders may occasionally be fulfilled by our trusted European partners to avoid delays.

Production Time Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your apparel to be expertly printed and prepared for shipment.

Estimated Shipping Times Once your order has been created, it will be handed over to our shipping carriers. The estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 3 to 12 business days

  • International: 5 to 20 business days

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Made to Order - No Returns for Buyer's Remorse Because every item is custom printed just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or ordering the wrong size. Please refer to our sizing charts carefully before placing an order for apparel.

Damaged, Defective or Lost Items We take great pride in the quality of our artwork and apparel. If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, or if your package is lost in transit, we will gladly arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.

  • Please contact us at info@thedifferencecorner.com within 30 days of receiving your order (or within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for lost packages).

  • When contacting us, please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue or damage so we can review your claim and process your replacement as quickly as possible.

Square poster tubes

When fulfilled by the EU

Strong and crush-resistant spiral-wound square cardboard tubes.

The prints are shipped in either tubes or square cardboard, depending on where they are produced. The tubes can cause issues through some postal networks, so the square boxes are preferred for more products.
